How do I sign in to Peakify CX from my web browser?
Open the Peakify CX sign-in page on your computer or phone's browser, sign in with your email and password, Google, or a one-time code, and enter a two-factor code if your account asks for one.
You do not need to install anything to use Peakify CX on a computer. Open your browser, go to the Peakify CX sign-in page, and sign in with your email and password, or with Google if that is how you signed up.
Sign in with your email and password
- Go to the Peakify CX sign-in page.
- Type your email and password.
- Tick "Remember me on this device" if you want to stay signed in on this browser between visits.
- Click Sign in.
If your account has two-factor sign-in turned on, you are asked to open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code for Peakify CX, then click Verify. Tick "Trust this browser for 30 days" to skip this step here next time, changing your password or turning it off in Settings ends that trust.
Sign in with Google instead
If you signed up with Google, click Continue with Google at the top of the sign-in page instead of typing a password. There is nothing else to set up, it signs you straight in.
If you would rather not type your password
Click "Email me a sign-in code" below the password field. It sends a one-time code to your email and signs you in without you needing to remember or reset your password.
Bookmark your inbox
Once you are signed in, bookmark the page in your browser. That gets you straight back to your inbox next time, rather than typing the sign-in page address again.
How long you stay signed in
You stay signed in for as long as you are using Peakify CX. You are asked to sign in again at least once a week, even if you use it every day.
On a shared or public computer, leave "Remember me on this device" unticked. You are signed out the moment you close the browser, so nobody who uses that computer after you can open Peakify CX with your account.
