Set it up once. Then it runs.
This page sets out the whole system in order. First, everything you configure when you open an account. Then everything the software does on its own from the moment your first channel goes live.
$1 for 7 days. Pay when you go live.
Setting up your account.
The account guides you through these in sequence, and each one unlocks the next. All six can be completed on your first day. Your website chat is answering visitors before you reach the end of the list.
Create your account
Registration takes an email address and a few minutes. One dollar covers your first seven days, and nothing further is charged until you decide to go live. You can build the entire configuration below, and watch the assistant answer, before you commit to a plan.
Enter your business information
This is the step that determines the quality of every answer your customers receive. You record your business name, the services you provide, your operating hours, your pricing and your policies. The assistant answers from this record and from nothing else, which is precisely why it will decline a question rather than invent an answer to it.
Type entries in directly, upload documents you already have, or give the assistant your website address and let it read the pages itself. Most owners begin with the website and correct what it got wrong.
Claim your phone number
Every plan includes a real business number, claimed inside the account and working the same day. If you have been running the business off your own mobile, this is the step that fixes it, and you answer the new line on the phone already in your pocket. There is no handset to buy and no monthly rental on a phone system you would barely use.
You decide what happens when it rings: the AI answers it, or it rings your team. The setting is yours to change at any point, and further numbers can be added on top.
Calls ring through to Groundwire, Zoiper, or any other SIP application, on the phones and laptops your staff already carry. The account issues a separate login for each device, so one number rings everybody who should hear it, and you add or revoke a device the moment your team changes. There is no software of ours to install.
Canadian numbers send from the day you claim them. If you also want to text American numbers, US carriers require a registration you apply for inside the account, and your Canadian messages carry on throughout.
Place the chat widget on your website
You are given a single line of script to paste into your site. The widget it produces carries an intake form that you configure, so a visitor supplies their name and contact details before the conversation begins. They arrive in your inbox as a named contact record rather than an anonymous chat window, which means the follow-up is still possible even if they leave mid-sentence.
Open the portal your clients sign in to
The client portal is a signed-in area at your own address where customers review their documents and any outstanding payment requests. Link it from your own website, or invite customers to it directly from your dashboard, one at a time or as a group.
Send a single secure link instead. It opens the same information without a password and expires on a schedule you control.
Shape the journey your customers already travel
Every customer you take on travels the same road. A lead arrives. It becomes a quote. The quote becomes a contract. The contract gets paid. The work gets delivered. Then it starts again with the next one. That road is the business, and running it properly every single time is what separates a company from a busy person.
The back office runs that road for you. The account arrives already knowing it: a twenty-two stage journey, built, with the tasks, document types and staff schedules that belong to each stage. You are not inventing a process. You are bending the one that is there until it matches how your business already sells and delivers.
That is the whole setup. You can do it today.
Everything above is configured from inside the account, on a dollar, before you commit to a plan. No phone number is charged for, no message is sent and no call is placed until you say go live.
$1 for 7 days. Cancel any time.
What happens once it is running.
None of the following is a step you take. These run simultaneously and without prompting, from the moment your first channel goes live until you turn it off.
Communications are centralised
Website chat, text messages, WhatsApp and telephone calls arrive in a single inbox and attach to a single contact record. A customer who chats on Monday and telephones on Friday is one person with one history, not two conversations sitting in two places.
- Shared and team inboxes, with assignment, snoozing and internal comments
- Labels, saved replies, filters and search
- Contact records carrying tags, custom fields and segments
- Import the contacts you already hold, and merge the duplicates
The assistant answers, qualifies, and knows when to stop
Replies are composed from your own business record within seconds, at any hour. The assistant asks the qualifying questions you specified and remains inside the scope you set.
When a question falls outside what it knows, when the subject is sensitive, or when a customer is plainly dissatisfied, the conversation is handed to your team with its full history attached rather than answered on a guess. Any conversation can be taken off the assistant in a single action and handed back later.
A missed call is answered by text
When a call rings out, is declined by a member of staff, or simply ends, the caller receives a text message within seconds. Exactly one is sent per call, never two. You write it in your own words.
It is sent outside your published hours as well, because a reply to somebody who has just telephoned you is a response, not a marketing message.
Calls are logged, recorded and searchable
Every call produces a record against the contact it belongs to, with the recording attached and a full transcript. Whether the AI answered it or one of your staff picked it up on their own handset, the call lands in the same thread as that customer's texts and chats.
The work creates itself and is claimed
Each stage of your customer journey produces its own tasks, already written and already dated. They enter a shared queue ranked by what is most pressing, and your staff claim from it. Work is distributed without anybody waiting to be told what to do next.
You and your staff work from a system, not from memory
Hours are recorded against the job as it happens rather than reconstructed on a Friday afternoon. Staff select a status during their shift, so who is working, who is on a break and who is in a meeting is simply visible instead of being something anybody has to ask.
That is the difference between knowing how your team is doing and standing over them. The picture comes from the system, so nobody is being watched and nobody has to defend their afternoon.
Your customers stop having to chase you
Document requests, payment requests and status links are issued as the journey advances, and each can be dealt with on a telephone without an account. A review request is the final stage of the journey.
We send and track payment requests. We never touch your money.
Everything is reported back to you
Channel performance, containment (how much the assistant resolved without a person stepping in), inbox activity, usage counts and a weekly summary. All of it exports to a spreadsheet.
The assistant answers. Your people decide.
Most owners are not looking to hand their business to a piece of software, and they are right not to. Every part of this is built with a person in the loop. The assistant handles the fast, repetitive half. Your team makes every decision that carries consequence.
Speed and repetition
- Answering within seconds, at two in the afternoon and two in the morning
- Asking the qualifying questions before anyone on your team is involved
- Creating the record, generating the task and advancing the stage
- Saying that it does not know, in preference to composing something plausible
Judgement and authority
- Every judgement call, and any conversation a customer is unhappy with
- Pricing that falls outside your standard rates
- The decision to decline a job
- Defining what the assistant may say and when it must fetch a person, revisable at any time
Texting and calling, done lawfully.
Canada is ready on day one
Canadian consent rules are built into every send, and no registration stands between you and your first message. American numbers are the only ones that require an application, and only if you choose to text them.
Opt-outs are never an upgrade
Every outbound message checks the opt-out list before it is sent, on every plan. Compliance is not something we would consider selling you separately.
Recordings do not accumulate
Call recordings are retained for a defined window and then deleted, at every point they are stored. You can export or erase your data whenever you choose.
You are not locked in.
Worth reading before you start, rather than after. Two of these are straightforward. The third has a deadline attached, and it catches people out.
Cancel it yourself
From your own billing page, without asking anybody or explaining yourself. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your records come with you
Export your contacts, your audit history and your business profile from your own settings, whenever you want, before or after you cancel.
Port your number first
Cancelling releases the phone number back to the carrier. If you want to keep it, arrange the transfer to your new provider before you cancel, not afterwards.
Every feature, compared side by side, is on the pricing page.
You have read how it works. Now watch it.
Build the entire configuration on a dollar. No phone number, no texting and no calls until you say go live, so nothing costs you anything until you are ready for it to.
