How do I read my team's weekly report?
One row per person and a totals row for the team, covering adherence, occupancy, throughput and more for a chosen week, with a CSV you can download.
The weekly report is a table of your team's numbers for one week at a time, with a row per person and a totals row for the whole team underneath.
Read the week
- Open Team management, then Reports.
- Use Previous week and Next week, or pick a date directly, to move to the week you want. Any date you pick snaps to that week's Monday.
- Each row shows: adherence, occupancy, utilization, shrinkage, first-pass yield, throughput, how fast tasks turned around (both a typical case and a worst-case figure), average handle time, and how many days that person was active at all that week.
A dash in any cell means there was nothing to measure that week for that person, not a zero.
What the colours mean
Adherence, occupancy and first-pass yield are colour-graded: green is good, amber is worth a look, red needs attention. Utilization and shrinkage are shown plainly with no colour grading yet, they're still useful numbers, just not judged against a target the way the other three are.
The team row is not an average
The bottom row is your whole team's totals, pooled from everyone's numbers for the week, not an average of the rows above it. A quiet Monday and a busy Tuesday are weighed by how much actually happened on each, so the team row reads the same as if you'd totalled the whole week by hand.
Download it
Click Download CSV to export exactly the week you're looking at, including the team totals row as its last line. If the week has more activity than one report can hold, you're told the numbers are a floor rather than the whole picture.

More in Team management: managing a team
The other guides people read alongside this one.
- How do I see what my team is doing right now, and how they've spent their time?
Open Team management, then Team time, for a live dot-by-dot view of the whole team's day plus every logged time entry underneath.
- How do I fix a missed clock-out, add a missing entry, or approve the week's hours?
Edit or void a time entry from the Team time tab, add one by hand if something never got logged, then approve the week to lock it once it's right.
- How do I set what hours my team is supposed to work?
Build a named weekly schedule with real clock times, then assign it to whoever should follow it. Anyone without one follows your organization's default.
- Can someone who isn't an admin put people on a schedule for me?
Give a team member permission to assign schedules without making them a full admin. They can only assign, never build or edit a schedule, and never assign themselves.
