How do I find my way around Team management?
Team management (TMS) is one screen with tabs. Click TMS in your sidebar, then pick the tab for what you need.
Team management, TMS for short, is where your day-to-day work lives: your task list, your time, your working status, and your numbers. It's one screen with a row of tabs across the top, not a set of separate pages.
Depending on your account
TMS is included on every paid plan, and what's inside depends on which one you're on.
- On Starter you get the Workspace tab, and admins get Setup: your customer journey, your tasks and the queue of work, and sending a payment request by hand. Starter has one journey.
- On Pro and up you also get My time, My performance, Documents, and for admins Team time, Schedules and Reports, plus automations and the client portal.
A tab your plan doesn't include simply isn't there. If your trial ended without going live, clicking TMS shows a message explaining that, with a link to see plans, instead of the screens below. If you don't see TMS in your sidebar at all, ask whoever manages your account.
Open it
Click TMS in your sidebar. You land on the Workspace tab by default, then click across to whichever tab you need.
The tabs you'll use day to day
- Workspace. Your ranked list of work, the conversation with whoever you're helping, their record, and the controls to finish or return a task. See What is on my Team management workspace, and how do I use it?
- My time. Your logged hours, tracked automatically. See How do I clock my time in Team management?
- My performance. What your numbers mean, next to a de-identified team comparison. See What do the numbers on My performance mean?
- Documents. Requesting documents from a client and reviewing what comes back. See How do I ask a client for documents, and review what they send?
There's no separate tab for browsing every task in your organization. You work your own tasks from the Workspace tab, and see everything for one customer, sorted into four lanes, on that customer's own Tasks tab, see How do I see and work a customer's tasks in Team management?
Tabs you might not see
Team time, Schedules, Reports and Setup are for admins, and Schedules can also open (in a smaller form) for anyone your admin has specifically given schedule-assignment permission to. If you don't see these, that's expected, your own work is entirely on the tabs above.
Old links still work
If you had /queue, /time or /documents bookmarked, or a saved link to
one of them, they still work, they just land you on the matching TMS tab
automatically instead of a separate page. A saved /tasks link lands you on
the Workspace tab, its own separate tab was retired.

More in Team management: your day
The other guides people read alongside this one.
- What is on my Team management workspace, and how do I use it?
Your workspace is a screen split into four parts: your task list, the conversation with whoever you're helping, their record, and the controls for finishing or returning a task.
- How do I assign myself a task from my workspace, and finish it?
Open a task on your list and it's assigned to you, your timer starts and its conversation and record fill your screen. Finish it with a note, or give it to a teammate, your AI teammate or back to the queue.
- How do I see and work a customer's tasks in Team management?
There's no separate tab for browsing every task any more. Work your own ranked list from the Workspace tab, and see everything for one customer, in four lanes, on their own Tasks tab.
- How do I clock my time in Team management?
You don't clock in or out by hand. Peakify times you automatically from the moment you open a task to the moment you complete or unassign it.
