How do I clock my time in Team management?

You don't clock in or out by hand. Peakify times you automatically from the moment you claim a task to the moment you complete or return it.

There's no clock-in button in Team management. Your time is tracked for you automatically, tied to the tasks you actually work.

How it starts and stops

The moment you claim a task, a timer starts for it. The moment you complete it or return it, that timer stops and is saved. If you somehow hold more than one claimed task at a time, only one timer runs, following whichever task you claimed first until it's finished, the others don't get their own clock running at the same time.

See your time

Open TMS, then the My time tab. You'll find:

  • A day view showing your day as a timeline.
  • A running total for the last 30 days, and a day-by-day breakdown.
  • A list of individual entries, each with the task, its start and end time, and how long it ran.

If an entry looks wrong

  1. Find the entry in your list.
  2. Click Request correction.
  3. Explain what's wrong.

Your note goes to an admin to review and fix. Some entries carry an "Under review" badge on their own, Peakify flags anything unusually long, or anything closed after your organization had already signed off that week, so it gets a second look even before you say anything.

Nothing to set up yourself

There's no manual start, stop, or add-time button here. Your logged hours are always a straightforward record of the tasks you actually claimed and finished.
