Where do I find my invoices and see what I was charged for?
The Invoices & receipts tab lists every subscription invoice and every one-off payment, credit top-ups, automatic top-ups, A2P and signup fees, each with a link to download it or view its Stripe receipt.
Peakify keeps three different views of your spending, from the Invoices & receipts tab up to a day-by-day breakdown, all reachable from your Billing page.
Invoices
Open the Invoices & receipts tab on your Billing page. It lists every subscription invoice, newest first, alongside every one-off payment that never produces a separate invoice: a credit top-up, an automatic top-up, an A2P registration fee, or your one-time signup setup fee. Each row shows the date, a plain description, the amount, and its status. Press "Load more" if you have more than one page of history.
An invoice row's Download link opens its PDF or Stripe's hosted invoice page. A one-off payment's Receipt link opens Stripe's own hosted receipt page for that charge. The Tax column shows a rate for a subscription invoice, and shows nothing for a one-off payment: tax is still included in the total shown, it is just broken out on the receipt itself rather than on this table. Press Export CSV above the table to download your subscription invoices as a spreadsheet, this export covers invoices only, one-off payment receipts are not included in it.
Transaction history
The Usage table under Transaction history on your Billing page shows what actually happened to your SMS & Voice wallet: each entry, whether it was paid from your plan's included allowance, your wallet, or a mix of the two, and your wallet balance right after. This also exports to CSV, covering the last 90 days.
Texts and calls are charged at their exact rate, to the fraction of a cent, so a usage entry can show an amount with more than two decimal places. Your wallet keeps the exact running total and shows your balance rounded to the nearest cent. The one exception is a call your wallet cannot pay for when it ends: that call is rounded to the nearest cent on its own and held as an overage debt. The CSV export has an exact_amount_cents column with the same exact figures.
The detailed usage breakdown
If you are an account administrator, press Detailed usage & charges to jump to that section of your Usage page, a day-by-day view: your credit balance and roughly how many days it will last at your current pace, plus SMS, voice and AI spend broken down daily over a 7, 30 or 90 day window you pick, both as a chart and as a table you can read row by row.
If something looks wrong
Check the Paid from column on a transaction first, a charge marked Split means it drew from both your plan's included allowance and your wallet in one go, which is expected, not double billing. If a specific charge still looks wrong after that, chat with us and we will look into it with you.

More in Billing
The other guides people read alongside this one.
- How do I go live, and what does it actually charge me?
Press Go live now to see the exact amount before anything is charged, or do nothing and it charges automatically on the date shown when your trial ends. Cancel the charge any time before then to stay on the trial.
- How do I change my plan?
Pick a new plan, contact volume or billing interval from Change plan, see exactly what it costs and when it takes effect, then confirm. Nothing is charged until you do.
- How do I add credit, and can it top itself up automatically?
Add money to your SMS & Voice wallet any time from Billing, or turn on automatic top-ups so it never runs dry. It is the one balance that pays for texts, calls and AI Workspace answers for your team past their free monthly amount.
- How do I cancel, and what happens to my data afterwards?
Cancel from Manage in Stripe on your Billing page. Your plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for, then your inboxes are archived, your phone numbers are held for a short while, and your data is kept, not deleted.
