Every plan ships with one local phone number for SMS and voice. If you need additional numbers (for a second location, a campaign-specific line, or a tracking number) you can add them at $5 USD per month each.

Adding an extra number
Logged-in customers can add extra numbers from Settings → Phone numbers. Self-serve adds are capped at 5 extra numbers per account; if you need more, our support team can lift the cap.
Porting an existing number
Number porting is not self-serve yet. For now, contact support and we will move your existing business number onto Peakify CX manually. There is no porting fee, and your monthly number cost is the same as a fresh number ($0 if it is your included one, $5 USD per month otherwise).
