Inbound and outbound are priced separately. Outbound costs more because our telephony provider charges more for it. Inbound is always answered. We never block receive.

How billing increments work
Calls are billed in 60-second increments, rounded up. A 12-second call is billed as one minute. A 1-minute-and-3-second call is billed as two minutes.
Inbound is always answered
We never block inbound calls. If your wallet hits $0 during inbound usage, the call still completes. The shortfall is held as a small overage debt and cleared on your next top-up.
Outbound requires a funded wallet
Outbound calls do a pre-flight balance check. If your wallet cannot cover one minute, the call is not placed and you are shown a top-up prompt.
